- Prepare 1/2 small of yellow onion.

- You need 2 1/2 tbsp of butter or margerine.
- Prepare 1 cup of quick grits.
- It's 4 slice of cheese.
- Prepare 2 1/2 tsp of Louisiana Cajun Seasoning.
