- Prepare 4 of chicken breasts.
- You need 1 of smoked sausage.
- You need 1 of medium.
- Prepare 1 of green pepper.
- You need 2 can of Rotel mild diced tomatoes.

- It's 3 cup of chicken broth.
- It's 1 tbsp of tobasco sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.

Kate's Jambalaya instructions
- In medium to large pot, trim and dice chicken. Cut sausage into 1/2 medallions. Cook medium high with a little oil, chicken broth seasoning, cajun seasoning, and tobasco to taste.
- Scoop out meat, leaving drippings.
- Dice onion and pepper, heat them in drippings til onions are clear..
- Add the cooked meat back to veggies, add rice, broth, drained rotel tomatoes, and desired level of spices.
