- Prepare 1 cup of Flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of veg. oil.
- Prepare 1 lb of fresh shrimp (peeled & deviened).

- It's 2 packages of andouille sausage.
- You need 1 packages of smoked sausage.
- Prepare 1 of gumbo file.
- It's 1 of cajun seasoning.
- Prepare 1 of cayenne pepper.

- step #1: make Roux by heating a small pan add oil. Once oil is hot add flour constantly stirring until you get your desired color of Roux. (I like mines milk chocolate colored).

- step #4: Add all seafood (shrimp and crab meat).
- step #5: Allow seafood to cook for 30 to 45 minutes..
- step #6: Add your sausages.

- step #8: Add salt.....pepper & gumbo file (desired taste).

- step #10: Now add your spices (Cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning).
