1. In gallon size ziplock baggie add all ingredients. Seal with air inside. Grab top together and shake vigorously to combine..
2. Add steak into baggie. Smush steaks around into mixture. Seal with no air inside baggie..
3. Lay flat in refrigerator and marinate 2 hours to overnight. Overnight is best. Flip steaks over halfway thru marinating. (If using thin steaks DO NOT marinate overnight. 2 hrs will do.) Can double as needed..
